HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE UNLIMITED CLUB?


To enroll, simply fill out this pre-enrollment form online and select which plan best suits you. A supervisor at Cornhusker Auto Wash will then call you to securely obtain your credit card information. You can also enroll in person 7 days a week during normal business hours. You will receive an customized sticker to put on your windshield which will allow you to cruise right through the wash as many times as you want with your enrolled vehicle(s) every single month!

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP


To cancel, simply fill out this form and submit it to us at least 5 days prior to your assigned anniversary date. You will be able to continue washing through the remainder of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds or credits will be provided. Not providing notice at least 5 days in advance of your anniversary date may result in additional billing.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PLAN?


To upgrade or downgrade your current unlimited plan, please visit us in person 7 days per week and notify the Cashier on duty. The change will take place on your next billing date.

CAN I USE MY UNLIMITED PASS ON MULTIPLE VEHICLES?


No, membership is only valid for the registered vehicle. If you transfer your customizable sticker to another vehicle without Cornhusker Auto Wash’s knowledge your membership will be terminated and no refund will be provided.

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?


Your credit card will be charged every month on or near the closest business day to the anniversary date of your initial enrollment.

WHAT IF I SWITCH VEHICLES?


If you switch vehicles or obtain new license plates please visit us in person 7 days per week and notify the Cashier on duty. We will promptly update your account.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY BILLING INFORMATION?


If your credit card is expiring soon or you would like to change your payment method, you can simply call and provide this new card information over the phone at 402-292-2115. Please note that the information your card must match that from what you used at the time of enrollment.

ARE THERE DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE VEHICLES?


Yes, all multi-vehicle accounts will receive special discounted pricing.

WHAT IF I WANT TO ADD ON A SERVICE SOMETIME SUCH AS AN INTERIOR VACUUM?


Upgrades and add-on’s can be added anytime you visit us for a nominal charge. If you have an exterior membership plan and want to have your vehicle’s interior cleaned, simply pay a flat fee of $10 at the time of your service.
