To enroll, simply fill out this enrollment form online and select which plan best suits you. A supervisor at Cornhusker Auto Wash will then call you to securely obtain your credit card information. You can also enroll in person 7 days a week during normal business hours.
To cancel, simply fill out our cancellation form and submit it to us at least 5 days prior to your assigned anniversary date. You will be able to continue washing through the remainder of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds or credits will be provided. Not providing notice at least 5 days in advance of your anniversary date may result in additional billing.
